Very good service. Eric Boulton tried very hard to answer all my questions, of which there were many, due to being my first policy ever. Still waiting for official Zurich paperwork after many weeks, so dont have a policy number for my spouse if something happened.
I wanted to change my premiums from paid annually to monthly. The guy i spoke to said he would come back to me, he did'nt. I spoke to him again and the same thing happened.
At the end of the day the pay issue was at least resolved.
